One Month
before Avon

My name is Renee & I live in MS with my husband and kids.  I am 44yrs. old.  I started my journey with Avon in February 2012.  Before this I had a descent paying government job but was not truly happy asking about getting time off to attend my children's school functions or family emergencies ect.  Even vacation time was not a guaranteed approval.  On top of that my carpal tunnel & arthritis was excruciating .  No matter how many shots I got in my wrist.  Ugh!! So I ended up leaving after 5yrs.  After about a week or so it hit me.  How about Avon?  So, I gave it a shot.


Now let me tell you, I am a very shy non-outgoing person.  I did not have a list of friends or family to sell to and I actually started my business from my drive way!! Yep, my drive way.  I bought some products and sold it with my yard sale, along with my books & cards for the taking.  I slapped a few signs on my car that say I sell Avon & it took off from there.  I also toss extra books in driveways (which I still do).  By doing this, I made Presidents club the first 2 years and last year I made Honor Society and will doing so again.

Through the years, Avon has given me allot of self confidence and puts me in control of my life.  So now when I look in the mirror, I smile and say "You Go Girl"! Every morning I try to Empower myself with knowledge and you can empower yourself.  It has been one of the best strategies for building self-confidence I think & great way to make money also.  You can make 20-50% earnings on your time and not have to worry about clocking in.
